Structural Engineering

The employees of F + P’s internal engineering office work primarily on commercial and industrial buildings. In structural engineering, we provide the following services:

Design of structural high rise facility buildings, taking into consideration the condition of the building, the façade system, and fire protection
Design and structural analysis
Implementation planning and coordination with other design companies, based predominantly on IFC models or defined BIM interfaces.

Additional Services:

Surveying is done with 3D scanning. Existing buildings are recorded by 3D scan and given to CAD for further processing. This procedure significantly reduces errors
Assessment of the the condition of existing buildings and structural analyses
Preparation of tender documents for high rise steel constructions
Planning of roof and façade for photovoltaic installations
Construction management, including onsite logistics
